Mexico AD Ruling on China Synthetic Fiber Blankets

Reportedly, on September 9, Mexico's economy ministry decided to continue the antidumping probe into China-made synthetic fiber blankets (HS Codes 63014001 and 94049099) and to levy temporary antidumping duty as follows:

Set a customs reference price of USD 12.1/kg; regarding the import price lower than the reference, use the price difference as the duty rate.

The interested parties should submit opinions and evidences within 30 days from Sept 9.
