The U.S. Ends Anti-Subsidy Review on China Steel Cylinders

On September 9, the U.S. Commerce Department announced deciding to end its anti-subsidy administrative review on the high-pressure steel cylinders from China under 73110000.30, 73110000.60 and 73110000.90.
On August 23, China's Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd. withdrew its petition for the administrative review, and no other interested party petitioned for it.
On August 1, the Commerce Department started the review at the request of Beijing Tianhai Industry, the review probe period from October 18, 2011 to December 31, 2012.
The U.S. anti-subsidy probe launched from May 31, 2011.
