EU Antidumping on China Candles to Expire

On September 19, the European Commission announced that the antidumping measures on China-made candles and similar products will expire on May 15, 2014, and the EU enterprises should submit their petition for antidumping sunset review from the announcement date till three months before the expiry date.

The involved products are under EU HS Codes ex34060011, ex34060019, ex34060090.

The EU started the antidumping probe in February 2008 and gave an affirmative final ruling in May 2009.
