Colombia Provisional AD Duty on China Plywood

Reportedly, on September 17, Colombia's foreign trade authority issued a resolution (effective from September 20) to continue the antidumping (AD) probe into China-made plywood under HS Codes 4412.31.00.00 and 4412.32.00.00 and to levy provisional antidumping duties on them from the effective date.

The AD duty calculation is to set an FOB base price of USD 594/cbm, and levy the difference between the base price and a lower FOB price declared for the import.
