On September 12, Brazil's foreign trade ministry decided to levy provisional antidumping (AD) duties on the nylon filament products from China, Chinese Taiwan, and Thailand for four months from September 16 at the rates of USD 0-2,409.11/ton.

In this preliminary ruling, China's Yiwu HuaDing Nylon Company Limited is the only one with zero AD duty among involved 40 enterprises.

On July 6, 2012, Brazil announced starting the antidumping probe.
