Canada Sunset Ruling on China Aluminum Profiles

[2013-10-09 15:10:02]

On October 3, Canada Border Services Agency made a sunset-review ruling that terminating Canadian antidumping and anti-subsidy on aluminum profiles from China would lead to continuation or recurrence of the dumping and subsidy acts of the Chinese products.

On June 5, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal decided to start the double-anti sunset review on China aluminum profiles, involving the double-anti rulings of March 17, 2009 (no. NQ-2008-003) and of February 10, 2011 (no. NQ-2008-003R).

It is expected that the International Trade Tribunal will make a sunset-review ruling on industrial injury from the Chinese products.
