U.S. Sunset Reviews on China Heat Sensitive Paper

On October 1, U.S. Commerce Department announced starting sunset reviews for U.S. antidumping and anti-subsidy on low gram-weight heat-sensitive paper from China and for its antidumping on such paper from Germany respectively in order to determine whether ending the U.S. double-anti measures would lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury by those imports to domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.

The products are under HS Codes 48119080.40 and 48119090.90.
On November 24, 2008, the Commerce Department issued the antidumping duty order: 19.77% on Guangdong Guanhao High-Tech Co.,Ltd.; 115.29% on Shanghai Hanhong Paper Co., Ltd.; 115.29% on other Chinese enterprises involved.
