South Africa AD Duties on China Shovel, Pickax, Fork & Rake

On September 6, South Africa made a final ruling for its antidumping (AD) sunset review on shovels, pickaxes, forks, and rakes from China under the HS Codes 82011000, 82012000, 82013000, calling for continuation of antidumping duties.

In December 1993, South Africa made an affirmative ruling for the antidumping; on October 26, 2012, the authority started its third sunset review on the case; for now, South Africa has been levying antidumping duties on those Chinese products for 20 years.
