U.S. Reviews Injury by China Freshwater Cray Tail Meat

On September 29, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced starting its antidumping sunset review for the third time on the freshwater crayfish tail meat from China in order to determine whether canceling the American antidumping would lead to continuation or recurrence of the material injury by the Chinese products to U.S. industries within a reasonably foreseeable time.

On December 6, 2002, U.S. Commerce Department made the first sunset-review duty order; on November 5, 2008, the Department made the second sunset-review duty order; on December 11, 2008, the Department decided to continue the antidumping duties on the Chinese products under HS Codes 03061900.10 and 03062900.00.
