U.S. Negates Injury by China Hardwood Plywood

[2013-11-08 09:44:17]

On November 5, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced a negative final ruling for U.S. antidumping and anti-subsidy on the hard decorative plywood from China, stating that neither material injury nor such threat has been made by the involved Chinese product to any U.S. industry.

As a result of the USITC's negative determinations, no antidumping or countervailing duty orders will be issued to the Chinese product.
On November 9, 2012, the Commission made a preliminary ruling that affirms the material injury by the alleged dumping and subsidy.
