U.S. Admin Review Rules China Lined Paper School Supplies

On October 31, U.S. Commerce Department announced its antidumping administrative final ruling on lined paper school supplies from China, the same as the ruling of June 10:

The exporter Leo's Quality Products Co., Ltd./Denmax Plastic Stationery Factory should be subjected to general China duty rate of 258.21% owning to its non-cooperation during the investigation;

This administrative review should be removed from Hwa Fuh Plastics Co., Ltd. and Li Teng Plastics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.;

Shanghai Lian Li Paper Products Co., Ltd. conducted no sale of the investigated products to the USA during the investigated period.

On October 31, 2012, the Commerce Department started the administrative review for the sixth time under HS Codes 48201020.20, 48201020.30, 48201020.40, 48201020.50, 48201020.60, 48102250.44, 48119090.90 and 48201020.10.
