Canada Rules Threat by China Curtain Wall Modules

On November 12, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal gave a final ruling that the unitized curtain wall modules from China made no injury, but injury threat, to the Canadian industry. As per Canadian law, in the case of injury threat, the Canadian authority should return the provisional antidumping duties already levied by preliminary ruling.

The case is the Canadian antidumping and anti-subsidy probe on China products for the second time this year.
