On November 20, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced starting expedited sunset review for the antidumping and anti-subsidy duty orders on China-made Raw Flexible Magnets in order to determine whether revoking the duty orders would lead to continuation or recurrence of injury to American industry.

This U.S. double-anti case was initiated in October 2007. On August 11, 2008, the U.S. authority started to levy antidumping duties at 105%-185.28% and anti-subsidy duties at 109.05% on those Chinese magnets.
