USITC Takes Injury Probe on China Diamond Saw Blade

On November 26, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced starting an antidumping sunset review on China-made diamond saw blade in order to determine whether revoking the antidumping measure would lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to American domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.
On June 21, 2005, U.S. Commerce Department launched relevant antidumping probe under HS Codes 8202.39.00.00 and 8206.00.00.00, with India as the surrogate country.
