Canada Re-probes China Stainless Steel Tanks dumping & subsidy

On December 2, Canada Border Services Agency has decided to reinvestigate the dumping and subsidy of some stainless steel tanks from China under HS Codes 7324.10.00.11, 7324.10.00.19, 7324.10.00.21 and 7324.10.00.29 in order to update the Chinese normal value, export price and subsidy level.

This reinvestigation is part of the material injury ruling made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on May 24, 2012 (investigation no. NQ-2011-02).

By estimate, the Agency will give a ruling for the reinvestigation by April 1, 2014.
