U.S. Double-Anti Duties on China Welded Carbon Steel Tubes

On December 4, the U.S. Commerce Department made sunset-review rulings on China-made circular welded carbon steel tubes:

The antidumping and anti-subsidy duties on the Chinese products should be continued because their cancellation would lead to continuation or recurrence of their injury to the U.S. industry.

On June 3, the Commerce Dept started its first sunset review on the case;
On October 2 and 3, the Commerce Dept respectively gave its anti-subsidy final ruling and antidumping final ruling respectively.
