U.S. Anti-Subsidy Ruling on China Raw Flexible Magnets

On December 23, U.S. Commerce Department made an expedited sunset-review ruling for anti-subsidy on China-made raw flexible magnets that, if the anti-subsidy duties are canceled, the injury would continue or reoccur at the rates below:

1. China Ningbo Cixi Import Export Corporation: 109.95%;

2. Polyflex Magnets Ltd: 109.95%;

3. Chinese general rate: 109.95%

On August 1, the Commerce Dept launched the anti-subsidy sunset review under HS Codes 8505191000 and 8505192000.
