(6)Short-distance vessel
For the non-container ship of short-distance transport with the voyage within 24 hours, the person in charge of manifest shall transmit electronic data of original manifest when arriving at the port of first destination.

(7)Transmission of data in packing list
With regard to goods and articles transported in container ship, the consignor of export goods shall transmit the electronic data of packing list according to the content and format required in the Measures.

For the export goods and articles with many notes transported in container ship, the electronic data of packing list shall be transmitted to customs at one time.

When making declaration for export goods at customs, the consignor shall transmit electronic data of packing list to customs when leaving the territory.

For transit goods, the consignor of export goods shall transmit electronic data of packing list to customs at the place of departure

(8)Feedback information from customs
After receiving the major data and other data of original manifest and advanced manifest, the customs shall feed back the auditing result of reason for accepting or not accepting transmission to the person in charge of Master B/L.

The person in charge of manifest transmission shall make a check and verify according to the feedback information, and transmit the manifest data again.

For the goods under Master B/L and notified to unload by customs, all the goods in master B/L or in the house B/L under master B/L shall not be unloaded.
