(9)Report for arrival of large bulk cargo
For goods transport and arrival at the same time, after the check and verification from customs, are considered as the goods arrived and the report for arriving shall be submitted to customs. After the transmission of report for arrival, the goods and articles shall be loaded within 3 days.

(10)Packaging and assembly goods with many notes
For the import packaging and assembly goods in the same container ship, the person in charge of manifest transmission shall transmit electronic data of all the house B/L in the container ship at the same time.

(11)Allocating of vacant container
When allocating inbound vacant container, the person in charge of manifest transmission shall transmit the major data of original manifest to customs before the vessel arriving at the destination.

When allocating outbound vacant container, the person in charge of manifest transmission shall transmit the major data of advanced manifest 2 hours before shipment of vacant container.

(12)Goods compound loaded in container and non-container
For a ship transporting both container goods and non-container goods, the person in charge of manifest transmission shall transmit data of original manifest of container ship and non-container ship separately according to the Measure.

(13)Transit goods
With regard to transit goods, the person in charge of manifest and relevant electronic data transmission shall transmit this documents above except packing list when entering or leaving a territory.

The announcement shall enter into force on January 1, 2009
