Announcement of the Ministry of Commerce on the Quantity of Import Tariff Quotas

V. Documents required in the application of tariff quota. The applicants for the tariff quota of fertilizers shall submit the following documents:
(I). The basic information of the applicant: a copy of the duplicate of the business license, registered capital, capacity, operation scale, sales income, tax amount, etc.
(II). The quantity of quotas obtained in the recent three years (2006—2008), including quantities in different varieties attached with photocopies of correspondent distribution documents.
(III). The import record of fertilizers in the recent three years (2006—2008), including the records in varieties (the import records shall be based on the customs declaration data);
(IV). The varieties and quantity of the fertilizer tariff quota in 2009, indicating whether it is state-run trade or non-state-run trade (the two applications cannot be done at the same time). VI. The application procedures. The applicant shall submit the documents to the administrative bodies of key industrial goods authorized by the Ministry of Commerce, which shall report to the Ministry of Commerce. The enterprises directly under the administration of the central government shall submit the documents to the Ministry of Commerce directly.
