The U.S. Anti-dumping Duty on Sorbitol to Continue

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on sorbitol from France would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result of the ITC's negative determination, the existing order on imports of this product from France will be revoked.
