Russia Raises Export Tariffs on Crude Oil by 9%

As from November 1, 2010, Russia raised the export tariffs on crude oil by 9% to USD 290.6 per ton from USD 266.5 per ton.

Therein, the export tariffs on crude oil in East Siberia increased by 20.3% to USD 98.8 per ton.

Russian Prime Minister signed relevant decision on November 4, 2010.
According to the stipulations, the export tariffs on light oil, middle distillates, and gas oil shall be USD 208.1 per ton, while that on liquid fuel, oil, and waste oil shall be USD 112.1 per ton.

As from October 1, 2010, the export tariff on propane, butane, ethylene, propylene, butylene, butadiene and other liquefied gases was USD 61.1 per ton. However, as from November 1, 2010, the export tariff was raised to USD 116.4 per ton.
