Russia to Increase Export Tariff on Crude Oil Once Again

From January 1, 2011, Russia will provide crude oil to China through pipelines at 15 million tons every year for total amount of 300 million tons in the following 20 years. But the cost of this crude oil is not low; on the one hand, Ural crude oil as Russia's standard crude oil, its price has been over USD 80 per barrel; on the other hand, Russia plans to increase export tariff on crude oil once again from next year.
