Turkey Increased Import Tariff on Textile Materials

Recently, an announcement issued by the Turkish Government said that they planned to increase import tariff on spinning products like cotton, fur, chemical fabric tatting textile materials, etc. This is the restrictive measure to global textile materials suppliers after canceling textile imports from China in 2008 by Turkey. Once this plan is carried out, the textile exporting enterprises in China will be greatly affected. China is the largest textile materials supplier to Turkey at present.
