India's Final Safeguard Ruling on Antiager 6PPD

On June 6, 2011, India made the final ruling of safeguard measures on anti-aging agent 6PPD from China for a period of 2 years, the taxes at 30% minus anti-dumping duties for the first year and at 25% minus anti-dumping duties for the second year.

The involved products are under HS codes of 38.12.10, 38.12.20, 38.12.30, 29.34.20, 29.25.20.

Currently India is still levying anti-dumping duties on antiagers 6PPD originating in China and South Korea.
