India's Final AD Midterm-Review Ruling on China's Cold-Rolled Stainless-Steel Flat Products

India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry on June 8, 2011, released its final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) mid-term review on cold-rolled stainless-steel flat products originating in China, Japan, South Korea, the EU, South Africa, China's Taiwan, Thailand and the U.S., recommending subdivision of the scope of such imported products so as to avoid the evasion of anti-dumping duties.

Scope of the imported products under anti-dumping duties as follows (Width of 1,000-1,250 mm):
Untrimmed stainless-steel plates: (+) 30 mm;
Trimmed stainless-steel plates: (+) 4 mm
