New Zealand - Final Anti-dumping Duties Imposed on Peaches

The New Zealand Minister of Commerce has made a final determination regarding a dumping investigation into preserved peaches from Spain. An investigation has found that preserved peaches imported from Spain during the period of investigation were dumped and are threatening to cause material injury to the New Zealand industry. Anti-dumping duties have been imposed on further imports of the subject goods as from August 4, 2011.
