Russia to Up Imp. Tariffs to 10% on Laptops & Complete PCs

According to rusnews.ru on Nov. 16, Russia will raise import tariffs on laptops and complete computers to 10% from zero for 3 years after joining the WTO, and will drop them to zero after the 3 years;

Additionally, the country will impose import tariff of 5% on cell phones for one year, dropping to zero after then; impose 10% tariff on cordless phones, gradually lowering to zero within 3 years; and impose import tariff of 5% on navigators.
