The U.S. AD Sunset Review on Russian Ferrovanadium & Vanadium Nitride

On Dec. 5, 2011, the United States International Trade Commission released a notice on launching antidumping (AD) sunset-review investigation into Russia-made ferrovanadium and vanadium nitride so as to determine whether revocation of the antidumping measures will cause material injury to U.S. local industries within a reasonably foreseeable period.

On June 8, 1994, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched the antidumping investigation into Russian ferrovanadium and vanadium nitride under HS code 3313.

On May 26, 1995, the Department made a final ruling that the dumping margin was 108% by Russian enterprises involved.

On Sept. 1, 2011, the Department launched the third sunset-review investigation on this case.
