The U.S. Accuses Vietnam of Dumping Steel

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has officially initiated anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations on imports of circulate welded carbon steel pipes from India, Oman, UAE and Viet Nam.

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is scheduled to make its preliminary injury determination on or about December 12, 2011.
