EU's AD Midterm Review Ruling on Russia's Silicon Iron

On January 25, 2012, the EU made a final ruling of antidumping (AD) mid-term review on silicon iron originating in Russia, deciding to continue imposing antidumping duty of 22.7% on two enterprises, JSC Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Integrated Plant and its associated enterprise, JSC Kuznetsk Ferroalloy Works. The involved products are under HS codes 72022100, 72022910, and 72022920.

In October 2010, the EU launched the antidumping midterm review investigation.
