Russian Customs Union 26% AD Duty on Ukraine Forged Steel Rolls

According to Kazakhstan's Capital of February 9, Russia-Belarus-Kazakhstan Customs Union has made a resolution to levy antidumping (AD) duties at 26% on forged steel rolls used for rolling mills (under HS Codes 8455 30 310 0 and 8455 30 390 0) made in Ukraine and entered into its territory, which is effective from December 9, 2011 to June 26, 2014, aiming to protect the economic interests of its internal manufacturers.
