EU Cancels AD on S. Korean Polyethylene Terephthalate

On February 25, 2012, the European Commission released a notice, stating it is to cancel antidumping (AD) measures on polyethylene terephthalate originating in South Korea from February 28, 2012, as none of EU enterprises has applied for antidumping sunset review on the products under HS code 39076020.

In November 1999, the EU launched the antidumping investigation; in November 2000, it made an affirmative ruling on this case.
