Turkey Adjusts HS Codes of Investigated Products in AD Case

On March 14, 2012, Turkey Ministry of Economy released its Notice No. 28233-2012/3 on adjusting HS codes of some investigated products in the antidumping (AD) case on China, duty rates and levy methods both unchanged.

The details:

1. Textile fibers: previous HS code 7019.90.91.00.00 is changed to new HS code 7019.90.00.10.00;

2. Felt made up of glass fibers, previous HS code 7019.90.99.10.00 is changed to new HS code 7019.90.00.30.00;

3. Outer units of wall split air conditioners: previous HS code 8415.10.90 is changed to new HS code 8415.90.00.90.11;

4. Inner units of wall split air conditioners: previous HS code 8415.81, 8415.82 are changed to new HS code 8415.90.00.90.12.
