EU Cancels AD on Ukraine Ammonium Nitrates

On June 16, 2012, the European Commission announced that it has decided to cancel the antidumping (AD) measures from June 17, 2012 on Ukraine-made ammonium nitrates because it received no petition for the antidumping sunset review from EU enterprises.

The HS Codes involved are 31023090, 31024090, ex31022900, ex31026000, ex31029000, ex31051000, ex31052010, ex31055100, ex31055900, ex31059091.

The EU started the initial antidumping probe in 1999 and made an affirmative final ruling in 2001.
