EU Announces Coming AD Expiry on S. African Manganese Dioxide

On June 21, 2012, the European Commission announced that EU antidumping (AD) measures on manganese dioxides from South Africa will expire on March 14, 2013 and the EU enterprises should submit their petition for a sunset review from the announcement date till three months before the formal expiry date.

The relevant HS Code is ex28201000.

The EU started the antidumping probe in December 2006 and made an affirmative final ruling in March 2008.
