Pakistan Initial AD Ruling on BOPP Films

On August 14, 2012, Pakistan made a preliminary antidumping (AD) ruling on BOPP films from China, Saudi Arabia, Oman and the UAE under HS Codes 3920.2010 and 3920.2030:

The antidumping measures will last 4 months starting from August 14, 2012.

The interested parties can ask Pakistani NTC to reveal details within 15 days after the preliminary ruling announcement and ask for holding hearing within 30 days after that.

The Pakistani authority will make a final ruling within 4 months.
