Australia Final AD Ruling on Japan PVC Resins

  
On October 19, Australia authority made a final ruling on its antidumping (AD) sunset review: it should continue its antidumping measures on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins from Japan under HS Code 3904.10.00 because revoking such antidumping measures would lead to continuation or recurrence of the injury to domestic industry by the Japanese products.

In February, Australia started the antidumping sunset review on those resins from the U.S. and Japan.
