Norway May Slash Textile Import Duties

Reportedly, in its drafted fiscal budget for 2013, Norway authority plans to slash by half its import duties on textiles and free from duties the textile imports from 29 developing countries/regions.

Norwegian enterprises concerned differ in opinions on the governmental plan, textile sellers embracing while makers opposing as the move would weaken homemade competitiveness.
