U.S. Sunset Review on Lemon Juice from Argentina & Mexico

 
On November 5, the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) announced starting its full five-year ("sunset") reviews concerning the suspended antidumping investigations on lemon juice from Argentina and Mexico.

The Commission will conduct full reviews to determine whether termination of the suspended investigations would lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

On October 19, 2006, the U.S. Department of Commerce started the antidumping investigations under HS Codes 20093960.20, 20093160.20, 20093140.00, 20093160.40 and 20093960.40;

On September 21, 2007, the Department gave its final ruling.
