Canada Rules Injury by Liquid Transformers from South Korea

 
On November 20, 2012, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced a final antidumping ruling that liquid dielectric transformers dumped from South Korea have caused injury or injurious retardation or injurious threat to Canadian domestic industry.

On April 23, 2012, Canada Border Services Agency decided to start an antidumping probe into the South Korean transformers under HS Codes 85042300.00, 85049090.10, 85049090.82, and 85049090.90.
