U.S. Ends Two-Anti on Welded Carbon Steel Pipes from Vietnam

According to Vietnamese news, Vietnam authority said on November 21 that the U.S. International Trade Commission recently gave a final ruling that welded carbon steel pipes from Vietnam have not caused injury to U.S. steel industry and that U.S. Department of Commerce will correspondingly end its antidumping and anti-subsidy duties on such Vietnamese products.
