U.S. Full Sunset Review on Pasta from Italy & Turkey

 
On December 10, 2012, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced starting its full sunset reviews on pasta from Italy and Turkey to determine whether revoking their antidumping and anti-subsidy orders will lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

On June 8, 1995, U.S. Department of Commerce started the double-anti probes under HS Codes 19019095 and 19021920;

On June 14, 1996, the Department gave its final rulings;

On September 4, 2012, the Department conducted the third sunset review on the case.
