Belarus Up Petroleum Export Duties

Reportedly, on March 1, 2013, Belarus started to raise its export duties on petroleum and petrol products.

The crude export duty is heightened from USD 403.3/ton to USD 420.6/ton; the export duty is upped to USD 277.6/ton on heavy and light oil products except gasoline, and on benzene, methylbenzene and dimethylbenzene.

For commercial and straight-run gasoline, their export duties are upped from USD 363 to USD 378.6 per ton based on the rate of 0.9.

For propane, butane, ethylene, propylene, butylene, butadiene and other liquefied gas, their export duties are lowered to USD 131.4/ton.
