South Africa Antidumping on Brazil Frozen Boneless Chicken

On March 8, South Africa made final anti-dumping ruling on boneless frozen chicken from Brazil, saying that the involved products dumped in South Africa and caused material damage to domestic industries; causal relationship exists between these two factors.

Therefore, the Ministry of Trade and Industry is advised to levy anti-dumping duties on the involved products from Brazil under HS Code 0207.12.90 and 0207.14.10.

In June 2011, South Africa initiated the anti-dumping investigation.
