Eurasian Economic Commission Safeguards agst Combine-Harvesters

On March 11, 2013, the Eurasian Economic Commission announced that it has decided to prolong its probe for safeguard against combine-harvesting machines imported to the Customs Union territory by three months till July 5, 2013.

This case is initiated on July 6, 2012, and a provisional safeguard duty is levied from February 25, 2013 at the rate of 27.5% till July 5, 2013.
