Eurasian Economic Committee Lowers Paper Import Duty

Reportedly, the Eurasian Economic Committee has decided to reduce the import duties from 15% to 5% on paper and cardboards under HS Codes 4810138009, 4810199000, 4810221000 and 4810293000 from April 20, 2013 through January 19, 2014; and reduce to 5% under the code 4810921000 from April 20, 2013 through December 30, 2015.
