USA Rules Injury by Italian-style Flour Products from Italy & Turkey

[2013-08-22 15:32:47]

On August 19, U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced its preliminary sunset-review ruling on Italian-style flour products made in Italy and Turkey, which indicate that revoking the antidumping and anti-subsidy measures would lead to continuation or recurrence of the material injury by the imported flour products within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Accordingly, the current antidumping and anti-subsidy measures will remain in place.

On June 14, 1996, U.S. Commerce Department made a final ruling thereof under HS Codes 19019095 and 19021920.
