Malaysia Defers AD Duty on Import Steel Strand

On August 27, Malaysia's international trade ministry made a preliminary antidumping (AD) ruling on imported steel strands, deciding not to levy provisional antidumping duties for now.

Relevant final ruling will be given within 120 days from September 7.

The interested parties can submit opinions before October 11.
