Australia Probes China Copy Paper Dumping

On October 10, Australia authority announced starting an antidumping probe into China-made copy paper under HS Code 4802.56.10 and 4802.56.90 at the request of Australian Paper Pty Ltd.

As per Australian customs law, the investigator will give a preliminary ruling within 60 days after the announcement; on January 28, 2014, it will release relevant important facts.

The investigated period for dumping is July 1, 2012-June 30, 2013; that for injury is starting from January 1, 2010.
